Youth-Ministry

Equipping Youth for a Life of Faith

Skidaway Youth serves grades 6–12, equipping middle and high schoolers to mature in Christ and bring God glory in every season of life. We provide a supportive community where youth can engage with Scripture, build friendships, and grow in faith. Our mission is to equip students to faithfully follow Christ with all they have in every stage of life.

Weekly Schedule

Sunday Bible Study

10:45 AM – 11:30 AM

Our student service is each Sunday after the main worship service. Students meet in the youth room to spend time with each other, hear Bible-based and applicable teaching, and discuss in small groups what they learned.

Wednesday Gathering

6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Each Wednesday after dinner, students meet in the youth room to enjoy fellowship with each other, games and activities, and engaging lessons that spur them on in their walk with Christ.

Hi, I’m

Will Pesch

Director of Students

Will (or just “Pesch”, depending on who you ask) has a passion for discipling middle and high school students as they mature in their walk with Christ. He is a proud alumni of the University of Georgia, where he met and fell in love with his beautiful bride, Sydney. Pesch’s other interests include yelling for (or at) the Dawgs on Saturdays, trivia, theology, and making sure his wife is happy.

Well Child Policy

Our volunteers strive to provide a clean, healthy, and nurturing environment for your children.  We strive to be sensitive to and make provisions for the healthcare concerns of all children and their families.

We want to prevent the spread of illness, and to provide a safe, healthy environment for all our children and volunteers. We ask that you keep your child home any time she or he exhibits any symptoms of the flu, or any transmittable illness at any time during the 24 hours prior to coming to church.

Once your child is symptom freefor a minimum of 24 hours without medication, they may return to church activities.
